The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing and recording of the company's payroll, providing timely and accurate financial information, and participating in daily data entry for payroll processing.
About the Role
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing payroll processing and distribution
- Ensuring compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations
- Preparing relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
- Processing data concerning new employees, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Developing systems to process payroll account transactions
- Collaborating with Human Resources and Accounting teams
- Addressing employees' queries regarding payroll
- Continually updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Requirements
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- Proficient knowledge in payroll software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
