About the Role

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing payroll processing and distribution
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations
  • Preparing relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
  • Processing data concerning new employees, promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Developing systems to process payroll account transactions
  • Collaborating with Human Resources and Accounting teams
  • Addressing employees' queries regarding payroll
  • Continually updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Requirements

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • Proficient knowledge in payroll software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
