**Human Resources Administrator**
We are looking for a permanent HR Assistant to join our friendly team reporting directly to the HR Manager. This exciting opportunity has become available due to the successful growth of the company.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the primary objective of the HR Administrator is to provide administrative assistance and day to day support to the HR Team. This will involve administering HR documentation and supporting with the recruitment and onboarding processes.
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- To support with all recruitment activity and administration
- Support with all of the onboarding process for new starters including collating new starter paperwork, reference requests, and carrying out right to work checks, issuing employment contracts and formal notices of termination.
- Supporting and administering the end of probation process, acknowledging receipt of resignation letters, scheduling exit interviews.
- Providing basic advice to managers and employees on HR policies and processes - ensuring best practice (with the support/guidance of the HR Team)
- Preparing monthly HR and People Data e.g., Assisting with preparation of the monthly attendance reports for HO
- Keep up to date with employment Law
What skills & experience you’ll bring to the team
- Qualified by experience CIPD Level 3 qualification/ working towards or experience.
- Experience with general HR office duties
- Excellent people skills
- The ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues
- Handle highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Payroll experience or exposure beneficial
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, IT Literate with the ability to use a range of packages applicable to the role
- An enthusiastic and outwardly positive individual
- Ability to meet deadlines and independently prioritise workload
- The individual should have a desire to continuously pursue innovation and development
