We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our Human Resources team at The 79th Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, induction, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include ensuring HR processes and policies are applied and updated according to best practices and legal requirements, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, and supporting the development and implementation of performance management systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, professional HR certification, proven experience in a similar HR role with a strong understanding of the full HR cycle, excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: £30,000.00 per year (Full-time)
