Job Description

As a highly skilled Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with HR and Accounting teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing payroll processing and distribution to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensuring adherence to payroll tax laws and regulations through regular monitoring and updates.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Processing employee data, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Developing and implementing systems to process payroll account transactions, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
  • Collaborating closely with Human Resources and Accounting teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing employees' queries regarding payroll in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient knowledge of payroll software and systems, including ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail, with ability to review and analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
