Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Human Resources Assistant to join our team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings and coordinating interviews through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Maintain Employee Records: Maintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System, ensuring data accuracy through diligent data entry.
  • Support New Hires: Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Implement HR Policies: Collaborate with HR team members to implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by organising files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Respond to Employee Inquiries: Communicate with employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide assistance in resolving issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels.
  • High Level of Organisation: Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to manage individual tasks efficiently.
  • Human Resources Background: Previous experience in a similar role within human resources is preferred.
