As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and its clients. Working closely with the accounting team, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of payroll services, embodying the firm’s commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurate processing of client payroll on a monthly, fortnightly, and weekly basis.
- Managing payroll queries and providing timely and compliant solutions.
- Ensuring adherence to HMRC regulations and deadlines.
- Liaising with clients to collect payroll data, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality service.
- Administration of pension schemes and other payroll-related deductions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, preferably within an accountancy practice.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory payments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
