Job Description
We are seeking exceptional Sales Assistants to join our team, providing a luxurious shopping experience for customers and driving sales growth through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and offer personalized service to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Provide expert advice on products, including latest trends and collections, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
- Ensure store standards are maintained, including visual merchandising and store displays, to create an engaging and welcoming environment
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
- Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and offers to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for detail
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to stay up-to-date with new trends and collections
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
