Head of Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing our compliance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and implementation of our compliance framework, ensuring it is aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on compliance matters, including risk assessment and mitigation.
- Lead the Compliance team in monitoring and reporting on compliance activities, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Commercial and Operations functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FCA rules and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
