About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our compliance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure that we meet our regulatory obligations. This will include:
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure that we meet our regulatory requirements.
- Conducting regular compliance audits to ensure that our operations are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Coordinating with regulatory bodies to ensure that we are in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure that we are aware of any changes to regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure that our operations are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure that we are in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure that we are aware of any changes to regulations.
- Ensure that our operations are conducted in a responsible and sustainable manner.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a compliance role in a financial services company.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
