About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our compliance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure that we meet our regulatory obligations. This will include:

  • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
  • Coordinating with regulatory bodies and responding to regulatory inquiries
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensuring that our operations are compliant

Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Compliance will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance matters to ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
