About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operates within a robust and effective compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our compliance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations.
  • Provide regulatory advice to the Executive/Board and support the consideration of any actions required to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee monitoring activity and support the design and implementation of any actions required to mitigate risk.
  • Own the relationship with the regulator and respond appropriately to requests for information.
  • Support the business in defining processes to ensure appropriate regulatory considerations.
  • Work closely with the commercial and operations functions to find innovative and efficient solutions to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of the Senior Managers Certification Regime and how it is embedded across firms.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the FCA handbook, ICO, and ASA guidelines.
  • Strong skills in team management and leadership.
  • A passion for helping the business deliver good customer outcomes.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to interpret data and information to highlight opportunities and minimize risk.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
