About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our compliance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure that we meet our regulatory obligations. This will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective compliance policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
  • Coordinating with regulatory bodies and responding to any regulatory inquiries
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensuring that our operations are compliant

Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Compliance will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of our compliance framework
  • Ensuring that our operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on compliance matters
  • Coordinating with regulatory bodies and responding to any regulatory inquiries
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensuring that our operations are compliant

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
