Job Title: People Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR process expert to lead our HR & Payroll team in driving continuous improvement across our established workforce. As a People Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR & Payroll administrators, supporting their development, and upskilling junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a transactional HR & Payroll team supporting employees globally
  • Full accountability for the HRIS and people data
  • Accountability for 9 different internal payrolls
  • Work with the technology team to build people dashboards, deciding on key people metrics that will support day-to-day management of teams and feed into the wider people plan
  • Design and deliver training to the wider business on HR best practice and processes
  • Redesign internal processes to create simpler and more efficient ways of working
  • Full accountability for HR compliance and GDPR processes
  • Support on internal and external audits, providing people data as and where needed
  • Deliver on a range of administrative HR duties for TUPE, Pension, Benefits, etc.
  • Deliver a first-class customer service to employees
