We are seeking an experienced People Services Manager to lead our HR & Payroll team, providing transactional support to our global workforce of over 2,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of HR & Payroll administrators, supporting their development and upskilling junior professionals.
- Manage people data, policies, and procedural changes, including Reward, ED&I, and TUPE administration.
- Work with other departments to train and upskill them on HR best practice and encourage autonomy in delivering HR duties.
- Design and deliver training programs to the wider business on HR best practice and processes.
- Redesign internal processes to create simpler and more efficient ways of working.
- Ensure full accountability for HR compliance and GDPR processes.
- Support internal and external audits, providing people data as needed.
- Deliver administrative HR duties for TUPE, Pension, Benefits, and other areas.
