About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality care to patients with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals in providing care to patients
  • Review treatment plans and coordinate discharge
  • Liaise with Commissioners regarding admission, progress updates, and discharge planning
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary approach to assessment, formulation, and management plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess highly sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously to agreed short and medium-term objectives. You will also need to be a good problem solver and be able to use your systemic knowledge, experience, and creative thinking to translate best practice and evidence-based research into practical operational solutions.
