About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and providing clinical leadership and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals from nursing, clinical psychology, and occupational therapy
  • Review treatment plans and coordinate discharge
  • Liaise with Commissioners regarding admission, progress updates, and discharge planning
  • Provide evidence of registration with the GMC, including the relevant Specialist Register

Requirements

  • Highly sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously to agreed short and medium-term objectives
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to use systemic knowledge, experience, and creative thinking
