We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our Residential Service for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
As the designated OFSTED Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering services that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.
- Lead a team of professionals to provide high-quality care and support services.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing residential services for vulnerable populations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including The Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
