M&A Solutions Leader

Aon's Mergers & Acquisitions team (AMATS) is seeking an experienced M&A Solutions Leader to join their team in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in transactional tax and experience in managing large-scale projects. The estimated salary for this role is £140,000 - £200,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the regional AMATS CEOs, Financial Lines leads, Chief Broking Officers, and Regional AMATS Champions to identify and target large PE and Infrastructure opportunities. They will also be responsible for driving the development of new innovative solutions and delivering exceptional client service.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role for someone looking to take on greater responsibility and contribute to the growth of AMATS globally. Key skills required include:
- Transactional tax experience
- Experience in Transaction Solutions, including tax liability insurance and warranty & Indemnity insurance
