Sales and Account Growth Specialist Job Description
\beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Growth Specialist to join our team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
About the Role:

- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through regular communication and relationship building.\
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network.\
- Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals to clients, showcasing your expertise and value proposition.\
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, driving cross-functional collaboration and growth.\
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and account performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.\
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, maximizing revenue and identifying opportunities for expansion.\
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, applying your knowledge to inform client strategies and drive business growth.\\/ul>
Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.\
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.\
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.\
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with experience in sales automation and data analysis tools.\\/ul>
