About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Consultant to join our global Customer Support Team at Enterpryze. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their SAP Business One solutions are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ownership of customer issues to completion, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with the team to find resolutions and develop customer relationships
  • Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues, providing expert advice on SAP Business One features and functionality
  • Manage incidents, report on project activities, and participate in testing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP Business One, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Fluent English speaker, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Hana and Windows Server OS
  • Knowledge of SQL and Linux
  • Crystal reporting skills
