About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Consultant to join our global Customer Support Team at Enterpryze. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their SAP Business One solutions are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ownership of customer issues from start to completion, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored support
  • Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues, providing expert advice on SAP Business One features and functionality
  • Participate in incident management, reporting, and project activities to ensure seamless delivery of support services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SAP Business One, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Fluent English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Hana and Windows Server OS
  • Knowledge of SQL and Linux
  • Accountancy knowledge and Crystal reporting skills
