The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Consultant to join our global Customer Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their SAP Business One solutions are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP Business One Support: Provide expert support to customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless system performance.
  • Issue Ownership: Take ownership of customer issues, working closely with customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our global team to find resolutions, share knowledge, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Business One features and functionality, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Project Support: Provide support for reporting, projects, and testing activities, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • SAP Business One Experience: Essential experience in SAP Business One, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with SQL, Linux, and Windows Server OS.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with a passion for problem-solving and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as needed.

Desirable Skills

  • Hana Experience: Experience with Hana is an advantage, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Accountancy Knowledge: Knowledge of accountancy principles and practices is a distinct advantage.
  • Crystal Reporting Skills: Experience with Crystal reporting is desirable.
