The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Consultant to join our global Customer Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP Business One solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of customer issues to completion
  • Work as part of a team to find resolutions efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively develop customer relationships
  • Analyse and resolve functional and technical issues
  • Advise clients on features and functionality of SAP Business One application
  • Incident management, reporting, and supporting projects and testing activities
Requirements
  • Experience in SAP Business One is essential
  • Good PC skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Previous experience of dealing with customers by phone and in person
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to retain ownership of the issue and relationship with customers
  • Must be flexible to take on new tasks
  • Experience in SQL, Linux is ideal
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Fluent English speaker
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in Hana is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server OS
  • Accountancy knowledge is a distinct advantage
