About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business One Support Consultant to join our global Customer Support Team at Enterpryze. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their SAP Business One solutions are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ownership of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored support
  • Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Business One features and functionality, providing expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information for customers and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP Business One, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Hana and Windows Server OS
  • Knowledge of SQL and Linux
  • Accountancy knowledge and Crystal reporting skills
