Clinical Leadership Psychologist

We are recruiting for a Clinical Leadership Psychologist to join our team at HMP Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the psychological therapies service within the prison.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have significant experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and developing clinical services. They will also possess expertise in psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention.
Responsibilities will include delivering teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff where required, overseeing 1:1 and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme, and contributing to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £52,000 - £63,500 per annum FTE, depending on experience
