**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Female Healthcare Professional to join our team at Total Assist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide person-centred care to support the physical, medical, and mental health needs of young people aged 13-18 with a primary diagnosis of eating disorders and other mental health conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Empower individuals to manage and improve their health through treatment within the community
  • Work alongside the individual and their families to create care plans and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide bespoke programmes that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Provide psycho-education to support care plans and engage individuals in therapeutic programmes such as mindfulness, family, and trauma therapy
