Key Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Support patients with their daily needs, including personal care and mobility assistance.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient concerns and needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant healthcare discipline.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, as required.
