About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the provision of patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
  • Support the clinical teams with tasks such as preparing patients for procedures, transporting patients, and assisting with medical equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic life support training and certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
