About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
  • Support patients with their daily needs, including personal care and mobility assistance.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient concerns and needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in healthcare.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
