About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient Department at Spire Montefiore Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Patient Care: Provide support to our clinical team in the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
  • Contribute to Patient Monitoring: Assist with the monitoring of patients, identifying and reporting any significant changes that may affect their health and well-being.
  • Support Patient Movement: Assist with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience of working as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital environment is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with our clinical team and patients.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
  • Skills and Experience: Experience in ECGs, Phlebotomy, Blood Pressures, and Patient Observations is essential.
