**About Our Client**

We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the heart of Burton on Trent, specialising in the manufacturing of fire doors. The company is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to drive future growth with a proactive approach.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday 7am-5pm at the sales hub within the office at Burton on Trent, acquiring new business, reactivating previous clients, and nurturing existing ones.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Previous experience within a sales management or business development position (with evidential achievements from previous employers).
  2. A full clean driving licence is required as you will be visiting clients and attending new business meetings.
  3. Experience within a similar industrial sector: timber, fire doors, or merchants.
  4. Speaking to customers on the phone and placing orders onto the internal system.
  5. Meeting clients on site to discuss any sales requirements.
  6. Nurturing existing clients and building rapport with contacts.
  7. Sales implementation.
  8. Sales tracking.
  9. Forecasting BD and sales month-to-month.

**What We Offer**

No personal KPIs will be set for this role, and bonuses will be paid through business incentives.

In return, our client recognises and rewards hard work, including regular salary reviews with an aim to strive for a salary of £50,000 within the first 12 months, based on companywide performance-related targets.
