We are seeking a Customer Service Champion to join our team as an F&B Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading the team to achieve high standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the outlet, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience through supervision and coaching of the team.
  • Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with restaurant management to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our team.

Requirements:

  • An enthusiastic and energetic personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT and admin skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence to supervise teams.

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
