Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a leading care home in Bury Saint Edmunds, Suffolk. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live their later life well.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care
  • Support residents with personal care needs and encourage participation in activities promoting health and wellbeing
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
  • Passionate about caring for older people
  • Previous care experience
