Salary: £19,000 per annum (based on national average)
Main Responsibilities- To provide person-centred care services to residents, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
- To promote and encourage residents' independence, dignity, and choice within their home or care setting.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Experience working in a care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
