Social Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our Mid Ross Social Work Team in Dingwall Health Centre. As a Social Worker, you will provide a social work service across Mid Ross, working with individuals, families, and communities to deliver safe and effective social work practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute essential statutory functions, including working with individuals, families, and carers to complete person-centred outcome-focused assessments.
- Manage complex situations and risk, working effectively in a multi-disciplinary way.
- Develop and implement plans to support individuals and families, promoting independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to social work.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience of working with people with a wide range of needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period.
