Social Services Professional

The Mid Ross Social Work Team is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic social worker to join their team. As a social worker, you will provide a social work service across Mid Ross, working with individuals, families, and communities to deliver safe and effective social work practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy but supportive team, providing a generic social work service that is interesting and varied in nature. You will be responsible for executing essential statutory functions, working with people with a wide range of needs, and being person-centred and outcome-focused in your approach.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a social work service across Mid Ross, working with individuals, families, and communities.
- Execute essential statutory functions, including working with people with a wide range of needs.
- Be person-centred and outcome-focused in your approach, working effectively in a multi-disciplinary way.
- Manage complex situations and risk, working autonomously but also effectively as part of a social work team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working with people with a wide range of needs, be person-centred and outcome-focused in your approach, and be able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary way.
