Social Services Professional

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our Mid Ross Social Work Team in Dingwall Health Centre. The successful candidate will provide a social work service across Mid Ross, working with individuals, families, and communities to deliver safe and effective social work practice.
Key Responsibilities- Execute essential statutory functions, including working with individuals, families, and carers to complete person-centred outcome-focused assessments.
- Manage complex situations and risk, working effectively in a multi-disciplinary way.
- Develop and implement person-centred plans to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to service delivery.
We are looking for a qualified Social Worker with experience of working with people with a wide range of needs. The ideal candidate will be person-centred and outcome-focused in their approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
