Social Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Mid Ross Social Work Team as a Social Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing a social work service across Mid Ross.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective social work practice, working with individuals, families, carers, and wider communities to complete person-centred outcome-focused assessments. They will also be expected to manage complex situations and risk, and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary way.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner who is person-centred and outcome-focused in their approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social work principles and practices, and be able to work autonomously but also effectively as part of a social work team.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a busy but supportive environment, and will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality social work practice.
