Social Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Mid Ross Social Work Team as a Social Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a social work service across Mid Ross, working with individuals, families, and communities to achieve positive outcomes.
The role is varied and interesting, with a focus on delivering safe and effective social work practice. You will work autonomously, but also as part of a supportive team, to complete person-centred assessments, manage complex situations, and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary way.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a social work service across Mid Ross, working with individuals, families, and communities to achieve positive outcomes.

- Work autonomously, but also as part of a supportive team, to deliver safe and effective social work practice.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of social work policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- Experience of working in a social work setting, preferably in a community-based role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, but also as part of a team.
