About the Role
Nimbuscare Ltd is seeking a skilled Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the delivery of our services, including GP Out of Hours and Community Diagnostics. As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide a friendly and welcoming experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for patients and visitors.
- Report and action facility issues and faults.
- Support clinical teams with basic requests.
- Manage the waiting room area.
- Interact with patients to provide information and advice.

Nimbuscare Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to be a collaborative and agile provider. We deliver Urgent Care services in collaboration with the hospital and GP practices in York, Scarborough, Whitby, Malton, and Selby.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Minimum level 2 Maths and English or equivalent.
- 6 months minimum experience in a similar role.
