About the Role

Nimbuscare Ltd is seeking a skilled Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the delivery of our services, including GP Out of Hours and Community Diagnostics. As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide a friendly and welcoming experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for patients and visitors.
  • Report and action facility issues and faults.
  • Support clinical teams with basic requests.
  • Manage the waiting room area.
  • Interact with patients to provide information and advice.

About Us

Nimbuscare Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to be a collaborative and agile provider. We deliver Urgent Care services in collaboration with the hospital and GP practices in York, Scarborough, Whitby, Malton, and Selby.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum level 2 Maths and English or equivalent.
  • 6 months minimum experience in a similar role.
