We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Admin to join our team at WG Jones in Durham. As a Junior Admin, you will be responsible for supporting our admin and document control functions, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • You will assist in the organisation of filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure accurate and efficient access to documents.
  • You will drive the marketing and social media function of the business, creating engaging content and increasing our online presence.
  • You will raise customer orders, process payments, and manage inventory levels.
  • You will arrange courier transport, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
  • You will create and send invoices, coordinate with suppliers, and manage subcontracts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
  • Assist in process development, reporting, and analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.

Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
