About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Student Lettings Administrator to join our team in Durham City Centre. As a Student Lettings Administrator, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring exceptional experiences for all parties. \

You will be responsible for handling inquiries, advertising properties, conducting viewings, and assisting with marketing efforts. Experience in the lettings or property industry is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. \

Salary: £23,800, plus bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
• Ensure exceptional Tenant and Landlord experiences
• Manage communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp
• Maintain lettings compliance knowledge and conduct Right to Rent checks
• Receive and process new inquiries from Tenants and Landlords
• Advertise properties and proactively contact potential Tenants
• Register applicants, arrange viewings, and provide feedback to Landlords
• Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants
• Assist the Asset Management team during the busy changeover period
• Support marketing events

Requirements:
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Full UK driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle (preferred)
