Lettings Administrator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Lettings Administrator to join our dynamic team, providing industry-leading accommodation experiences for students and landlords across the UK.
The successful candidate will handle inquiries, advertise properties, conduct viewings, and assist with marketing efforts.
About the JobYou will work closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to deliver exceptional experiences for all parties.
Your responsibilities will include registering applicants, arranging viewings, and providing feedback to landlords.
Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants, you will ensure a smooth and efficient lettings process.
In addition, you will support the Asset Management team during the busy changeover period.
