About the Role

The successful candidate will support the administration of our pension arrangements during a period of change as well as providing administrative support across our reward arrangements, which help the University to attract, retain and reward colleagues.

This is a great opportunity to develop knowledge of HR and more specifically an understanding of Pensions and Reward in a collaborative team environment. We work flexibly and operate hybrid working arrangements meaning the postholder can work remotely for most of the week.

  1. A competitive salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
  2. 27 Days annual leave per year in addition to 8 public holidays and 4 customary days per year - a total of 39 days per year.
