Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer support specialist to join our team at GivEnergy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, product installers, and colleagues, ensuring high customer satisfaction and achieving first-time fix rates.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a busy call centre environment, with strong ability to multi-task and outstanding customer service skills. They will also possess great active listening and spoken communication skills to understand the needs of a wide range of customers, from electrical installers to non-technical end-users.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
