We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented individual to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd as a Customer Experience Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.

The estimated salary for this role is £15.38 per hour, and we offer a competitive benefits package.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A good level of education, including Maths and English (GCSE Grade A*-C) or equivalent.
  • NVQ level 2 or an equivalent qualification in a subject relevant to providing outstanding customer service.
  • At least 12 months of recent experience in a similar role, ideally within a public sector organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • An in-depth knowledge of customer feedback procedures and housing legislation.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify service improvement requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve customer complaints and enquiries in a fair and timely manner.
  2. Develop and deliver training programs to improve customer service skills.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
  4. Act as a customer excellence expert, providing advice and support to colleagues.
