Disability Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Training Facilitator to lead our Electric Vehicle (EV) training initiatives for Motability Sales Specialists and Customer Services employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training that equips our staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for facilitating learning and a strong understanding of adult education principles. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate EV training sessions using a variety of methods, including virtual and classroom-based approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Customer Service Content Design Team and operational managers, to ensure seamless integration of training into our business operations.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education, Training, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of delivering successful training programs, with a focus on adult education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary: Estimated salary range: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Location: Flexible work arrangements available, considering our hybrid working environment.
