**Role Description**
This full-time position is for a passionate individual who will be responsible for delivering training to staff and practitioners working in healthcare, education, and social care settings across the country (**company car** provided with personal use permitted). You will co-ordinate, deliver and develop Protecting Rights in a Care Environment (PRICE) Training courses and other training courses as specified by the company. The substantive aspect of this role will be the delivery of training across a number of locations throughout the UK.

**Duties, Responsibilities & Job Activities**
**Training**
- Responsible for delivering a range of Protecting Rights in a Care Environment (PRICE) Training courses
- The assessment and recording of core skills of participants attending training as per company policy and procedure
- Completion of all records in relation to courses delivered and in accordance with PRICE Training’s quality assurance framework
- To work with course participants to ensure the welfare of all service users is safeguarded and promoted at all times.
- Co - train with other PRICE Trainers (where required)
- Promote a human rights and restraint reduction culture within all aspects of your practice and training
- Adhere to and promote the Restraint Reduction Network Standards 2019 at all times (inc. BILD ACT)
- Representing PRICE at conferences and public events as required.
- Supporting the planning, delivery and evaluation of focused pieces of consultancy work.
