An ambitious and growing tech business based in Bristol are recruiting for a Trainer to join their friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**Starting Salary: up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)**

**Permanent, full time, Mon to Fri, 40 hours per week (flexibility on hours)**

**Location: Central Bristol, fully office-based position**

As a Trainer, you will conduct engaging training sessions to educate end-users on the product software features and best practices.

**The Trainer role**:

- To deliver high quality training on products to clients and internal staff, appropriately tailoring the material for the audience.- To plan, prepare and research in preparation for each training session.- Responsible for having up to date product knowledge.- Understand client process and suggest options during training as appropriate.- Produce training literature and media.- To evaluate the effectiveness of each training session.- Conduct remote and on-site training.- Upselling additional features, where appropriate.- Providing high level support (once fully conversant with the software)- Liaise with other departments as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.The ideal applicant:

- Proven experience teaching or training a group of people both face to face and remotely- Strong face to face skills in questioning, objection handling, persuasion, negotiation and expectation management.- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills- High degree of initiative and ability to work unsupervised- Presenting in front of audiences.- A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills- Relevant technical skills, knowledge and qualificationsPlease
