Key Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Executive
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience by delivering accurate, timely, and polite information and assistance.
  2. Act as a point of contact for customers, answering queries and providing support related to the Met Card rewards program.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to inform customers about events, promotions, and available offers.
  4. Support the development, retention, and re-engagement of declining or lapsed customers within the Met Card Loyalty scheme.
  5. Create personalized offers and benefits based on customer engagement and preferences.
  6. Participate in the development and delivery of casino events and promotions.
  7. Work with local and central marketing teams to drive attendance and engagement.
  8. Facilitate the provision of customer benefits and resolve service failures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Identify opportunities to generate new business and visitation to the casino.
  10. Undertake Safer Gambling and AML training to protect and empower customers to gamble safely.
